Happy Halloween!

Today is Hunter's first Halloween. He started out the day going to mother's day out. Then they called me after 1 hour and he had a low grade fever. I think it is due to his shots the day before. Poor baby was so fussy and hot:(( Then we drove to my sisters and had their pictures done. They were so precious in their sock monkey costumes!!! We got several amazing photos and we are ordered so many fun pictures. After that, Hunter and Reese were exhausted see photo. We drove back home and then went over to my parents. Hunter did not go trick or treating. He was so fussy and still had a slight fever. Our first Halloween was adventurous. Can't wait for many more to come.

6 months Dr. Appointment

Hunter is 6 months old and just had his check-up. It was so sad he had his shots and was just looking at me screaming... I hate that:(( He weighs in at 17lb 11 oz 75% and is 28.5in long 95%. The doctor then estimated his height to be 6 1' as an adult. I guess we will just have to wait and see. My boy is so big!! He is sitting on his own and only falls when he reaches for something. He is starting to move/scoot around. Nathan and I think he will crawl before he is 7 months??? We will see.... He is eating all sorts of baby food and loves the Gerber melt-a-ways. Every time I start eating he stares and grasp for my food. It is so hard to eat in front of him. The doctor said I could start giving him some table foods!! I am so excited he is going to love it. During bath time he gets so excited and splashes all around. When he laughs it just melts my heart. My baby is 1/2 a year. I know I always say this, but I can't believe it. He has brought such joy and laughter to our lives. Every day brings more blessings. I love you Hunter!!

Wedding!!

This weekend we drove to Dallas and went to my sorority sisters wedding, Lindsey Reece. It was beautiful and so much fun!! Nathan and I danced the night away, and his parents watched Hunter. Overall, it was a great weekend. Hunter had fun on Saturday playing with his two girl cousins at the park. Harper is 5 months and Ella is 3 years old. Hunter loves to watch Ella run around and sing it is very entertaining. I am glad we got to spend time with the family since we don't get to see them as often as we would like. Now, back to work and life.

Round Two!!

Hunter and Reese were not two happy at the pumpkin patch... So Cristin set up an indoor pumpkin patch!! The babies loved it!! Also, this week Reese attended her first baby gymnastic class! She was the youngest one in the class, but Cristin said she did great:)) Our little gymnast!! Hunter went to his mother's day out program for the first time. They called me 3 hours into it and told me he was upset. So I rushed over to pick him up. He was a little stressed out because he has never been left with anyone except family. I was so happy to see my little angel. I want him to enjoy this and play with other babies.. In his class there are 6 other boys between 6-7months. He fits in perfectly. We will try again this week!

Working!

Cristin watched Hunter today because I had to work. Lola my dog is very mischievous she loves to go through peoples bags and purses to get some lip gloss of course. She is sneaky and today she got something out of Cristin's bag. On top of that Hunter throw up his breakfast. She said other than that the day is going ok. Hunter is starting to show signs of crawling. He will put his bottom up in the air and try to push up. It is so fun to watch him try. One of his favorite things is washing his hands. After he eats he is extremely messy so we clean him up and then wash his hands. We plays in the water and is so happy!! I also like to wash his hands several times during the day because he is always putting them in his mouth. I hope the rest of Cristin's day is good. Thanks!!

GAME DAY!

I had to work all weekend, so Nathan and Hunter watched football. On Saturday they watched the Tech game in their game day gear!! On Sunday they went to a party and watched the Cowboy's. My boys love football!! I was sad to miss the whole weekend, but it is a good bonding experience for them! Hunter is almost sitting on his own! He can sit for a couple of minutes and then when he reaches for something he falls. The best part of my day is when I come home to Hunter and he is laughing and squeezing my neck. It makes me feel like he missed me! I am so proud to be a mom. The boys even brought me lunch on Saturday all the nurses just loved Hunter. He was a hit!! My life is amazing! I can't wait for whats to come. Love you Boys!!

Crazy!

I know I am sure you think we are crazy.. My sister babysat again this time she dressed them in matching outfits. They look so cute. I wish I did not have to work.... As kids Cristin and I always had to dress alike so we can't help ourselves!! Our kids have so many matching outfits. We just love dressing them alike. I know when the get old enough they will not allow it so better get in all in now!
